Detective Sergeant Blair Savinkoff, Winnipeg Police Service, Financial Crimes Unit/ Cyber investigations team.
D/Sgt. Blair Savinkoff is a 17 year member of the Winnipeg police service. He has worked in uniform operations but spent the majority of his career in detective roles including divisional detectives and 5 years in Sex Crimes. D/Sgt. Savinkoff has spent the past 4 years in Financial Crimes where he has developed a cyber program investigating crimes involving cryptocurrency and other cyber related crimes such as ransomware.
