Presentation:

The ASIS Manitoba Chapter is pleased to present as its quest speaker, Sgt. Trevor Thompson of the Winnipeg Police Service Financial Crime Unit available to give a brief presentation on Cybercrimes.

A 19 – year member of the Winnipeg Police Service, Sargent Thompson is currently assigned as the supervisor of the Financial Crime Unit and the Cybercrimes Team.  He has an expertise in criminal investigations, having served tenures as both an investigator and supervisor in Divisional Crime Units, the Major Crimes Unit and Financial Crime Unit.  Sgt. Thompson has also served 4 years as instructor for the Winnipeg Police Training Academy.
